Payments and messages
Payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by Velnorisses. Transactional email is delivered through our email provider. WhatsApp updates are sent only when you opt in.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting the concierge. Some order records must be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
