Made-to-order pieces
Your pendant is handcrafted after you choose its gemstone colour. For this reason, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Quality issues
If your pendant arrives damaged or with a confirmed workmanship issue, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the piece and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or remedy.
Before returning anything
Do not send jewellery without contacting the concierge first. Unauthorised packages cannot be accepted.
