No. Photos and videos show the color atmosphere and craftsmanship. Every natural pearl varies in shape, surface, iridescence and size, so your finished piece will be recognizably part of the selected design while remaining one of a kind.
What can I choose?
Choose the Aurora collection or color story first. On the product page you can then select the available clasp finish, pearl shape and pearl color. Zodiac, birthstone and pet-portrait pieces include their own relevant choices.
Is a chain included?
The $100 USD Aurora Pearl price is for the pendant only. You can add an S925 sterling silver chain from $20 USD before purchasing.
How does complimentary paired shipping work?
Add an Aurora Pearl Pendant or Pet Pearl and any VELRI necklace to the same order. Standard shipping becomes complimentary automatically. Otherwise standard shipping is a flat $5 USD.
How long does delivery take?
You should receive your order 15–25 calendar days after order confirmation. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
How do I send a pet photo?
Upload one to three clear reference photos directly on the Pet Portrait product page before adding the piece to your cart. The photos, pet name and notes stay attached to the order.

Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Made-to-order pieces are final sale once production begins. Damage, incorrect items, manufacturing issues and rights required by applicable law remain covered.
