Made to order
Every VELRI piece is made or prepared specifically for your order. You should receive your order 15–25 calendar days after order confirmation, including preparation, quality inspection and standard transit. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Customs, weather and carrier conditions may affect this delivery window.
Simple standard shipping
A pendant or necklace purchased without a qualifying pairing has a flat $5 USD standard shipping charge at checkout.
Complimentary paired shipping
Purchase an Aurora Pearl Pendant or Pet Pearl together with any VELRI necklace in the same order and standard shipping is complimentary. The saving is applied automatically in the cart.
Import duties and local taxes, if charged by the destination country, remain the customer's responsibility.
Changes and cancellation
Contact VELRI within 24 hours of ordering. Once making begins, cancellation or an address change cannot be guaranteed.
Final-sale policy
Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for voluntary returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds once production begins. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If something is not right
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a manufacturing issue, contact VELRI within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. After review, an eligible remedy may include repair, replacement, reshipment or refund. We will help make it right.
