01

A colour story, never a copy

You select the gemstone colour only. I choose a natural baroque pearl and follow its individual form, lustre and surface. The exact pearl cannot be selected or reproduced. Pendant only; chain not included.

02

Materials & care

Natural baroque pearl with coloured crystal and metal accents. Natural shape, surface marks, iridescence and proportions are part of the piece. Keep dry and store separately in a soft pouch.

03

Order timeline

After payment confirmation, your order moves through preparation, handwork where applicable, quality inspection and dispatch. Contact VELRI within 24 hours for a requested change; once work begins, cancellation or an address change cannot be guaranteed.

04

Delivery & tracking

You should receive your order 15–25 calendar days after order confirmation. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Customs clearance, weather and carrier conditions are outside VELRI’s control and may affect this delivery window. Import duties and local taxes, where charged, are paid by the recipient.

05

Final-sale policy

All pieces are made or prepared to order and are final sale. Once production begins, voluntary cancellations, exchanges, returns and change-of-mind refunds are not accepted. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

06

Damage or quality issue

Inspect the order promptly. Report a damaged, incorrect or manufacturing-issue item within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. After review, an eligible remedy may include repair, replacement, reshipment or refund.

Talk to us before opening a payment dispute.Client Care will review the order and supporting evidence. Accounts linked to substantiated fraud, false claims or repeated abuse of refund or chargeback processes may be restricted from future purchases. Legitimate claims and statutory rights are never penalised.

One pearl. One set of decisions.

This piece will begin with a natural baroque pearl chosen by me for the gemstone colour you select. The photographs show the colour atmosphere and the handwork—not a pearl that will be duplicated.

The pearl’s irregular outline, surface marks, changing iridescence and individual proportions are allowed to remain visible. I compose around those qualities slowly, adding only what helps the natural form feel more expressive.

Your finished piece will be recognisably part of this colour story, while remaining unmistakably its own.

  • Pendant only; chain not included
  • Natural baroque pearl and coloured crystal
  • Expected delivery: 15–25 calendar days after order confirmation
  • Product price excludes shipping; a mandatory $5 USD standard shipping fee is added at checkout

The hand follows. The pearl leads.

I first study the pearl from every side, noticing where its weight rests, where its lustre changes and which marks give it character. The coloured crystal and metal details are then placed by hand to follow that particular form rather than a fixed mould.

No two making decisions are exactly alike. Natural variation is not corrected or concealed; it remains visible as the identity of the finished piece.
