S925 sterling silver components and natural pearls Individually assembled; exact pearl shape, surface and proportions vary naturally. Care: Keep dry, avoid perfume and household chemicals, and store separately in a soft pouch. Wipe gently after wear.

Order timeline

After payment confirmation, your order moves through preparation, handwork where applicable, quality inspection and dispatch. Contact VELRI within 24 hours for a requested change; once work begins, cancellation or an address change cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery & tracking

The order-to-delivery estimate is approximately 15 calendar days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Customs clearance, weather and carrier conditions are outside VELRI’s control and may extend delivery. Import duties and local taxes, where charged, are paid by the recipient.

Final-sale policy

All pieces are made or prepared to order and are final sale. Once production begins, voluntary cancellations, exchanges, returns and change-of-mind refunds are not accepted. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damage or quality issue

Inspect the order promptly. Report a damaged, incorrect or manufacturing-issue item within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. After review, an eligible remedy may include repair, replacement, reshipment or refund.

Talk to us before opening a payment dispute.Client Care will review the order and supporting evidence. Accounts linked to substantiated fraud, false claims or repeated abuse of refund or chargeback processes may be restricted from future purchases. Legitimate claims and statutory rights are never penalised.
